Finally, after 3 weeks, my nephew is on the national missing kids site.

I would add that he is likely already in Jasper, Alabama — hidden illegally by his birth mother.   If not, he is being hidden on a tractor-trailer rig by his birth mother and her current husband, who is a truck driver.  If that's the case, he could be anywhere that the truck goes.  So, concentrating on truck-stops would be helpful.
